Manage My Wine Subscriptions

We created "Manage My Wine Subscriptions" because when we set out to create a wine subscription company we did NOT want to emulate the traditional winery club membership model with all its restrictions and locked in specific order types. Plus you have to call the winery to do even the simplest task such as canceling a membership. Plus it's very difficult to skip an order if, for instance, you go on vacation. The traditional model is a pain because most tasks to manage your "club membership" is still accomplished by phone.

We wanted a subscription service that was easy to manage online from your laptop or mobile phone. We believe we've made it very easy to manage your subscription(s) online.

Managing Your Subscriptions Starts Here

Once you have a Craveyon CloudWines subscription you can manage your subscription anytime once you are logged in. There are two ways to get to your subscription.

  1. In the main menu at the top of any Craveyon.com page Click HELP > MANAGE MY WINE SUBSCRIPTION

  1. In the bottom footer of any Craveyon.com page is a section called, "Ways and Means". Under that is a link Manage My Wine Subscription

How to Manage My Wine Subscriptions

Once you learn how to manage your subscription you can:

Manage My Wine Subscriptions

View and Update Credit Card Information

1. Click
Click the link Manage My Wine Subscription in the footer of the site.

2. Select
Select the drop menu item, Manage.

3. Select
Select View/Update Card

4. Change
You can change your credit card information here by selecting the Click here to update credit card button.

5. Update
Select the Update button

 

Update Address

1. Click
Click the link Manage My Wine Subscription in the footer of the site.

2. Select
Select the drop menu item, Manage.

3. Select
Select Update Address

4. Change
Change your shipping address

5. Update
Select the Update button.

 

View Upcoming Orders

1. Click
Click the link Manage My Wine Subscription in the footer of the site.

2. Select
Select the drop menu item, Manage.

3. Select
Select Upcoming Orders

To Change quantities on individual orders

4. Select
You can change the product quantities for individual shipment by selecting Product Quantities link for any shipment.

5. Change
Change your quantities

6. Update
Select the Update button

To Skip or Resume a Shipment

4. Select
To skip or resume a shipment select the Skip Shipment or Resume Shipment link

Change Product Quantity of Subscription

1. Click
Click the link Manage My Wine Subscription in the footer of the site.

2. Select
Select the drop menu item, Manage.

3. Select
Select Product (Qty)

4. Change
Change your quantities

5. Update
Select the Update button


Add Wines to Your Subscription

If you’d like to add a new product to your existing subscription, visit the product page you’d like to subscribe to and click on Add to Existing Subscription. See How to Add Wine to Your Existing Wine Subscription

 

Cancel Your Subscription

1. Click
Click the link Manage Subscription in the footer of the site.

2. Select
Select the drop menu item, Manage.

3. Select
Select Delete Order

4. Select
Select the OK button to cancel or Cancel to back out.

 

Change Frequency of Your Subscription

1. Click
Click the link Manage Subscription in the footer of the site.

2. Click
Under the heading, Frequency, click the existing interval.

3. Change
Change the delivery interval

4. Update
Select the Update button
